DELIVERY & RETURNS

Delivery

We aim to send all our orders within 1-2 working days. Orders are sent by Royal Mail, 1st Class which means it should reach you within 3-4 working days from when you place the order.

​We do our best to meet these dates, but please be aware that during busier times your order may take longer to reach you. This can be outside of our control, especially during the festive period.

​

You will receive a dispatch notification via email when your order has been shipped. If after 7 working days you have not received your order, please contact us so we can look into this as quickly as possible.

​

All orders are sent in cardboard mailing envelopes to ensure your cards arrive in perfect condition.

​

​If you wish us to add your personal message and post the card directly to the recipient, please add your text in the ‘Personalised Message’ box when ordering.

​

Please note: we are currently unable to ship outside of the UK, but hope to offer this as an option soon.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you need to return your order please contact us within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be posted back within 30 days of delivery.​

​

If you have purchased a personalised item then unfortunately we are unable to accept returns unless they are damaged or faulty. 

​

If any item has arrived damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, providing photographs of the damaged item(s) so we can resolve the issue.

​

Buyers are responsible for the return postage costs unless the item arrives damaged. Postage costs are non-refundable. A full refund will be given as soon as the item is received in its original condition. If the item is not returned in its original condition then the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Refunds will be made within 5 working days to the original payment method.
